We are helping members every day with better housing opportunities. Our membership program is a program for tenants who need safe, affordable housing and want to have financial freedom. Our program provides members with the opportunity to build up their credit points using our credit point system. We work with several partners who are willing to accept your Rental Grant. Members pay a small portion of the rent, and we cover the rest. Thanks to our membership program, tenants can now have a second chance and move into upscale housing at an affordable cost. We do not use real credit to ensure the success of each member. We use our credit point system to determine credit points. Each month, when a member pays their membership fee on time, they earn credit points. Once a member has earned enough credit points, they are offered a Rental Grant.

How to earn credit points?
Each month, you will earn credit points by paying your membership fee on time. Depending on the package of your choice, you will receive bonus point offers. Our bonus point offers allow you to boost your credit points for the month. The more points you earn, the faster you will be offered a Rental Grant.

Our partners are committed and dedicated to assisting every member in our program with a safe, affordable rental that fits their needs. All partners are trained and certified to provide you with the best landlord-tenant experience. We only work with partners who have upscale rentals no more than 15 years old from the time it was built. We offer one, two, and three bds only. Our partners will not use your credit or past evictions against you. Being a member and earning 500 credit points is your security deposit and credit into your new rental.
What is the Process?
Once you become a member, you will earn credit points. You must have 500 credit points to be offered a Rental Grant. Once you have enough credit points, we will notify you by email, and you must complete your Intake Appointment. This will be held over the phone or by Zoom. At this time, you will have 3 months to find an apartment or work with one of our partnered locations. Being offered a Rental Grant is not the same as receiving one. To receive a Rental Grant, you must find a rental that has been approved. Your Rental Grant is only valid for 3 years and must be renewed once a year. Members have 3 years in their rental and must increase their income. All members who receive a Rental Grant will have a Rental Coach who will provide them with housing, homeownership, and financial opportunities.
Payment Guidelines
If a family makes $1,500 or less a month, their rental portion will be $99 a month. If a family makes over $1,500 a month, their portion will be $199.

What are the requirements of the program?
You must reside in the U.S. and be 18 years or older. You must also pay your $27 membership fee on time and receive a membership pass.
Are there any income requirements?
You must make between $12,000 - $30,000 annually before taxes at the time of your intake appointment.
What is utility assistance?
Once you receive a Rental Grant, we will cover any back utility payments. Only water and electricity. To receive assistance, the utility bill must be in the head of household's name and cannot exceed $1,000 each.
If offered a Rental Grant, do I need to have credit?
We do not use your real credit.
What is the purpose of the intake appointment?
Every member who is offered a Rental Grant must complete an intake appointment. At this time, we will explain in full detail about how our Rental Grant works and answer any questions that you might have.
Do I need to have a security deposit?
We will cover your security deposit in full.
How long will it take to be offered a Rental Grant?
How long it will take you to be offered a Rental Grant depends on you. One month you could have 10 points and the next month you could have 200 points. Members can take advantage of monthly bonus point offers.
Due to the high demand for our services, all fees are non-refundable.
Fair Housing Law: As a licensed property management firm, we follow the Fair Housing Laws at all times. We do not select candidates for our rentals based on any of the protected classes under the Fair Housing Law. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
