We are helping members every day with better housing opportunities. Our membership program is a program for tenants who need safe, affordable housing and want to have financial freedom. Our program provides members with the opportunity to build up their credit points using our credit point system. We are helping tenants have financial freedom through our membership program. Members pay a small portion of the rent, and we cover the rest. Thanks to our membership program, tenants can now have a second chance and move into upscale housing at an affordable cost. We do not use real credit to ensure the success of each member. We use our credit point system to determine credit points. Each month, when a member pays their membership fee on time, they earn credit points. Once a member has earned enough credit points, they are offered a Rental Grant to use at one of our locations. Once members move into their apartments, we will start each member with a $500.00 wealth account. Each month, members will continue to earn funds in their wealth accounts for up to $320,000 when they pay their rent on time.

How to earn credit points?
Each month, you will earn credit points by paying your membership fee on time. Depending on the package of your choice, you will receive bonus point offers. Our bonus point offers allow you to boost your credit points for the month. The more points you earn, the faster you will be offered a Rental Grant.

Our partners are committed and dedicated to assisting every member in our program with a safe, affordable rental that fits their needs. All partners are trained and certified to provide you with the best tenant experience. We only work with partners who have 3 years or more of property management experience. Along with our state-licensed Property Managers, our Certified Partners ensure that each member is placed in an apartment that fits their needs. Each of our luxury apartments offers tenants the best luxury amenities and services. We offer our members two and three bd units only. We do not use your credit or past evictions against you.
What is the Process?
Once you become a member, you will earn credit points. You must have 500 credit points to be offered a Rental Grant. Once you have enough credit points, we will notify you by email, and you must complete your intake appointment with one of our Certified Partners. This will be held at your local office. At this time, you will have to submit all required documents. Your Rental Grant will not be approved until we have a complete intake package and an approved application. After we have an approved application, your Rental Grant will be approved, and we will prepare you for leasing. You must be willing to move to one of our approved locations.
Payment Guidelines Before Taxes
You must make $12,000 - $60,000 annually or
$1,000 - $5,000 monthly at the time of the Rental Grant offer.
Rental Payment: $99.00 - $1,499 monthly depending on your income.

What are the requirements of the program?
You must reside in the U.S. and be 18 years or older. You must also pay your $27 membership fee on time and receive a membership pass.
Are there any income requirements?
You must make between $12,000 - $60,000 annually before taxes at the time of your intake appointment.
What is utility assistance?
Once you become a member, we will enter your name into our monthly utility drawing. All winners will receive a $500.00 gift card. After you move into your apartment, you will still be eligible for our drawing as long as you have an active membership status.
If offered a Rental Grant, do I need to have credit?
There are no credit requirements.
How does the wealth account work?
Every member who is a tenant with us will be offered a $500.00 wealth account. The goal of our wealth account benefit is to ensure that each member can build wealth and have financial freedom. All wealth accounts will reach $320,000 in 1-3 years, and tenants will have the opportunity to use their wealth account to purchase their home and start a business.
Do I need to have a security deposit?
Your security deposit will be equal to the amount of the rent, and your rental payments are based on your income.
How long will it take to be offered a Rental Grant?
How long it will take you to be offered a Rental Grant depends on you. One month you could have 10 points and the next month you could have 200 points. Members can take advantage of monthly bonus point offers.
Due to the high demand for our services, all fees are non-refundable.
